Please read and follow the below policy instructions to complete your return.

Return Instructions:

For all other returns, please contact us at info@ouxxsafety.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • All returns must be approved by our OUXX safety return/exchange team upon arrival.
  • All returns must be shipped to 18128 Kieth Harrow Boulevard, Unit D, Houston Texas 77084.
  • We require customers to cover the cost of shipping for the returned item(s). We suggest the addition of insurance coverage and tracking information via your chosen return carrier to protect and confirm shipment.

It will take approx. within 48 hours to process your refund, it will then transition to the merchant processor or bank’s system to complete the refund and will typically be deposited into your account a few days later.Please be patient as this timeline can be affected by volume and time of year.

If you encounter the following two situations:

  • You received a defective/wrong item, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
  • If the package is damaged, we will assist you in making a claim with the shipping company if needed. You may need to provide the order information when making a claim.

Exchange Instructions:

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We require customers to cover the cost of shipping for the returned item(s). We suggest the addition of insurance coverage and tracking information via your chosen return carrier to protect and confirm shipment.

The condition of returned products is important and as such, the following is a list of NON REFUNDABLE or NON RETURNABLE or NON EXCHANGEABLE order examples:

  • Boots that are returned in dirty or muddy condition, scuffed or have heavy creasing, been oiled, or worn outdoors this includes try-on boots
  • Boots that have been shipped out to OUXX safety past 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Boots that in the opinion of the customer are made incorrectly, of cosmetic defect that do not meet our quality control/warranty criteria.
  • Boots that have Custom Uppers.Boots that have custom logos
  • Boots that have been rebuilt.
  • Boots that have been re-soled.
  • Boots that are purchased second hand, from a third party or a dealer.
  • Boots that are delayed due to a third party carrier shipping delay
  • Boots that are not completed or shipped within approximate OUXX safety lead times.
  • Boots that are without tags and their original packaging.
  • Expedited Service Charge
  • Shipping Charges
  • Sales Items

If any of the above criteria are not met, OUXX safety cannot process a refund for you. You will be required to cover all shipping costs associated with returning the boots back to you.
