Shipping Policy

We currently deliver to the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. For customers who have purchase needs but are not in the USA, please contact our online staff to inquire.

All products that are currently in stock on our website will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Orders will be shipped via the chosen method during checkout. There are standard free shipping and expedited shipping. If you choose the expedited shipping, there will be an extra shipping fee. The shipping fee will be charged based on the actual order. Please contact our online staff to inquire if you have any questions.

ETA of Standard Free Shipping is 3 -7 business days.

ETA of Expedited shipping is 1~3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, the system will send you a confirmation email with tracking number to monitor the progress of your package.

Please note that once parcels have been handed over to the carrier, OUXXSafety is not liable for carrier delivery times, delays, damaged packages/products during transit, or any other issues outside our control.

In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide an estimated timeframe for when the item will be available or shipped.
